Here is a vid of what is happening, I have eliminated carbies as a cause by trying 2 different sets on the bike and the same thing happens.
Fuel is new..

Any ideas what to look at next?

That's oil.
Have you done a compression test?

assuming the fuel is petrol and there is no diesel in there it may be your rings or the valve seals are shot.

comp test for the rings first as there the biggest job.
if that's ok you need to take the head off

That's a very good point
Any chance somebody might've put oil or deisel in your tank?

How much oil are you using?
You are checking the oil level with the bike vertical right?

I just bought it off a noob who may have put way too much oil in it. ill check the levels, i hadnt done that yet :S

If the oil is very over-filled it'll get blown into the airbox and then combusted so check the airbox if it is too full.

And yet it didn't occur to you that all that grey smoke might be burning oil?

hahaha i checked the oil and it is over-full, mystery solved, cheers guys.
Ill drain it and put in new oil and oil filter and unifilter(airfilter)

Yeah im not a bike expert yet, did not even occur to me, thought it just had not been cleaned for ages :S

Now i know for next time
