I just put some goodridge lines on my bike. Its pretty easy. I followed the same exact routing of the lines as my factory lines including the rubber boots that attach to the fenders. I used a wire tie to tie them together near the lower triple clamp. Make sure to unbolt the factory Y splitter near the lower triple clamp.
Theclamps on the fender can be opened up by twisting the flat tabs that mount to the fender in opposite directions to make it open up. The rubber is split so you can put your new lines in them and twist the bracket back together and put it back on the stud on the fender.
As far as bleeding I do this:
Get and old jar or cup and put enough fluid in the botom of it to submerge your bleeder hose in it. I find it helpful to take a couple of nuts and twist them onto the end of the hose so it will keep the hose on the bottom of the container with the fluid in it.
Fill your resevoir with fluid. Open the bleeder screw on the left side (since its farther away from the master cylinder) and start pumping away. I do not close the bleeder screw after I pump the lever as their is no need to since your bleeder line is submerged in fluid it cant draw in air except what is in the bleeder hose and that will soon be gone after you pump the brake lever a few times. Keeping the resevoir topped off watch for when no more bubbles are coming out of the bleeder screw. When you dont see anymore bubbles pump a few more times slowly and close the bleeder screw.
Repeat for the other side and top off the resevoir. Now pump the lever a couple of times to seat the pads tight against the rotors and ride. My brakes couldnt be any harder or tighter. Im very impressed with mine.
