Greetings!
Went to fire the old girl up for the season and it won’t start. Was fine previously. Fuel pump is priming but the fault light stays on. The f1 light shows for a few seconds then goes out. Oil symbol is showing too. Any ideas at all? Sorry if been covered before.
TIA

thats correct! initially the green Neutral light comes on and than a second or so later the red MIL light come on, the oil symbol is there as there is no oil pressure until the engine is running and should disappear once the engine starts (or possibly before if you've got good oil pressure).

You non-starting issue is therefore something else.

Assuming you have fuel and it primes ok then I would suspect electrical. Either no power to the injectors or to the coil. Both are fed from the same feed from Black wire with a white stripe. There could also be earth issues too. There is this hidden junction block inside the loom and it corrodes causing problems! I hope it isn't but check power to coils/injectors first.

The cam sensor on the LH front side of teh engine - check the wires are not broken on that too. No pulse form there and no sparky sparky.
