I need to replace the steering head bearings on my '01 929 and i know honda makes a special socket for the nut that holds them in. Does anyone know if theres a certain size of regular socket i can modify to do this job so i dont have to spend big money on the special honda tool?

You torque the steering head bearings by feel so it's hard to go wrong.
