Something I need to sort out rather fast:
The Blade's throttle is "sticky" When you open up, it does it smoothly as always, but the return to idle is slow and sluggish.
Where must I go and lube? or loosen? or replace throttle cable perhaps ?!!? Nothing in my manual about a situation like this!

There are two throttle cables, one to open and one to close. At a minimum you need to lube them. I'd lean toward replacement. Also make sure the cables aren't kinked somewhere.

Also make sure that your grip isn't coming into contact with the switch housing.
Did check for that, also applied some multi-purpose lube there (Q20 over here).
Where must I access to lube the "return" cable? Or lube the cable in its cover ?
