That sounds like a good idea, but i'm not going to be making the headers out of titanium. Its just the rear section. The only part that i'm going to be needing welded and bent is from the header to the cans. The pipe is only going to be about 12"-18" long. Unfortunately, i'm going to be needing an expansion piece in there to go from the header size up to the can inlet size. it's not bad, but it needs to be done. The titanium isn't bad, I found a company that has pretty good prices. I already have the sheet that i'm going to be making the endcaps for the cans. I need to to get the the 3" piece for the cans themselves. Those are going to cost me about $85 or so and i'm going to be using the inner sleeve out of my already cut down Sato pipes.
