Hi.

Anyone know what tourque on bolts below in picture.
I use Newton her in Sweden.
Can´t find any in Haynes manual.

Nigel, those are 6mm thread bolts and if 12 NM is equivalent to 9 lbs ft, then that's good to go.
Woops. The torque is correct but I got the thread size wrong. It's the old confuse the head size with the thread size flaw.

As one with a big head, I am used to such constant errors!:)

Yes, but they apply where no specific value is attributed. In the case of covers, a specific value is specified. Probably academic by now because Mr Stone has probably has his bike reassembled for the past 12 hours :)

Since you should attach a liquid gasket that will be hard does anyone know what cleaning tool i can use to get old gasket away?
Cover i made in Alu?

I have always used a very sharp razor blade to get UNDER the gasket or liquid seal. It will generally lift off without scratching or scoring the case's mating surfaces. A bit of WD40 or petrol for a final wipe down, and then clean cloth or paper towel to dry surface, before applying new gasket.
