se.

For those of you who read my post 'OK, that sucked but it could have been worse' on the old forum about my shift lever departing my bike, I had to share this update.

I went to Gilles today to pick up a replacement lever since the one that bounced down the street got a little ganked up. I figured it was going to cost me around 50 Euro, so I grabbed some dosh and headed out. I wasn't thrilled about having to pay for a new lever, but it was a good excuss to run a couple hundred kilometers of nice twisties When I got there, I told them what had happened and they came out, checked out my bike and said they would replace it free of charge since 'that shouldn't have happened'. Those follks are awesome!!! Top quality and great customer service

It's the little things like that, that can mean the difference between a company I would deal, or not deal with
