Good day I want to buy a 2000 honda cbr600 f4 but the person says it won't start but has good competition it has new battery, new ignition switch and new ecu can anyone tell me if it can be fixed and if it's costly fix. The bike is for sale for $1,500

Anything can be fixed, it's just a matter of parts availability and costs obviously. Hopefully, you have priced those parts out and made the calculations. I would get the bike for as little cash out as possible before making my move as it sounds like the bike will need considerable work to make it reliable.

F4 is carbureted. Not sure why there’d be an ECU in it but I’ve not examined one up close.
