id say stick with oem. there is really no reason to upgrade unless you will be drag racing and even then u dont really need to. i used to race my kawi zx7r at the drags when i was a teenager totally stock for the first 2 seasons, then piped and jetted by my 3rd year with the bike. never ever did the oem clutch slip after countless burnouts, hard launches, and all around abuse.

The starter on my 1994 900RR gave me the good ol' click a couple of times before she engaged yesterday.
Don't want to be stranded, and my puny ass can barely bump start this thing.
Want to have a spare starter on hand.
Will 96-97 starters bolt in and connect to the 94 wire harness?
