I have a 954 and the standard headlights are just fine I ride in the australian countryside at night and don't find it a problem (just keep under 200kph) hee hee
Blew a low beam globe the other night and started looking for a replacement Discovered a h7 globe Still 55w but 90% brighter and two times whiter Might invest in three of them should be able to burn a few retinas out with them.

My low beam only goes out infront of me by like 10 feet if that. My highs are alright but is there a way to adjust them?

Yep there are philips head adjuster screws at the back of the light housing one will adjust horizontal and the other adjusts vertical, have a play at night up against the garage wall or similar.
I try to have the low beam just under drivers view but will flicker into them over road bumps so it makes them more aware.

PIAA H4 Intense White 4100K marked 60/55W, but rated output listed as 135/125W

The bulbs are tinted blue, which, like, magically turns photons into un-blue colored light

Even replaced my center marker bulb with PIAA 12V/5W Extreme White 4150K

I think you will find that the 954 lights are H7 not H4

Fit Osram Nightbreakers, you won't need HID's.
Clearly not ridden with proper HID's? It is literally night and day lol

one word of caution be careful fitting uprated bulbs as the extra load on an already fragile electrical circuit can cause issues.
Another reason to go HID's, the load is less... :thumb:

The wifes car has them, sure they are great, but won't pass an MOT here in UK on a bike, and a decent bulb in the already pretty good spread light set on the 954 is good enough.

Silverstar Ultra's for me. Never had a problem seeing at night with them.
:plus1:Same for me, don't see the need to hassle with an HID conversion, I ride acrooss the desert at night and with the high beams on there the best lights I've ever owned.
