So I juz bought a bike when I titled it it came up as a 05 cbr 600rr5 what's the 5 about?

And I try to Google research it the only thing comes up is $600rr5 and 600rr6 fireblades but it's just parts but when I research fireblades it says there was no 600 RR fireblades made just the nines and the thousands so I don't know

Let me guess - it's a 2005 model year bike (CBR 600RR), right ?

Sometimes you will see a number (example - for the Fireblade/CBR 954RR - "954rr2" or "954rr3" ) attached to the end of model year designations online or in print (or on vehicle titles with a DMV office, which sounds like what you ran into).

Anyways, the above "rr2" for the cbr954rr example would equate to a 2002 model year bike and the "rr3" designation would equate to a 2003 model year bike. I'm guessing the "rr5" for your bike just denotes it was a 2005 model year bike...hope that sheds some more light on the matter.
