Well, I think a scotts damper is out of the question, and I'm not so sure about an ohlins either. There's not much clearance due to the handlebar going over the nut. Are there any that bolt on underneath or something?

It looks like a top-mounted piston type might fit (think ducati), or one under the bottom triple

I'd get in touch with Todd at Cal_sportbikes - he was very helpful in getting my SV fitted with a GSXR front end.

I would have gotten the dampener first and then worked out the bars after adapting bars or even making them easy dampeners aren't

you could do risers under the bar clamps and fit a scotts/ohlins under the bottom of the bar. just not sure if you want the height or the adjustment backwards to get the level back down....:idunno:
