Looking to squeeze some power out of my f3 for the spring. Im trying to get an idea of things to start with, in order to spread out the costs. Add-ons would be prime, but im open to some mild motor work as well. Has anyone tried porting? I am currently running a delkevic stubby slip on, however Id like to run the full exhaust as well and jet it accordingly. Pro and cons for running aftermarket pod filters or something? Im hoping to take her clothes off starting this weekend and fix some minor issues. The rear wheel bearings also need replacing.

Depends how far you want to go. I'd stick with the basics, after market end-can, iridium plugs, piper-cross air filter, jet kit & get the carbs tuned & balanced at a dyno garage. Plus re-gear to suit your riding ie start with -1 front sprocket.
