Are the diagrams for a `92 the same as `93-95?

No.

The 93-94 in the North American (NA) Market and corresponding the 92-93 model in the world markets had the cable driven speedo. The 95-97 in the NA market and the 94-96 in the world markets had a digital signal speedo. Hence, the wiring diagrams are different.

To compound matters further, even though the 95 (NA) and 94 (world) models had the digital signal speedo, what they didn't have was the throttle position sensor and the deleted fuel pump (and associated wiring) that the 96-97 (NA) and the 95-96 (world) market models had!!
