It's been asked before, and it goes like this (ignore the German grammar rules which make the wording look goofy at first):

'You - du!
You have - du hast!
You have me - du hast mich!
You have asked me - du hast mich gefragt
You have asked me - du hast mich gefragt
And I said nothing - und ich habe nichts gesagt!'

...sounds cool, and even though the lyrics are lacking even when you understand them, it's still a good song

The English version of the song is:

You
You hate
You hate me
You hate me
You hate me to say
You hate me to say
You hate me to say and I will not obey

Might be tweaking the literal translation to make sense though.

Hey, thanks!

yeah, it sounds good. The German version doesnt make much more sense than the English translation but I guess it really doesn't need to

Do you want, until death seperates you,
to be faithful to her for all days

to love her, even in bad days

Looks like you both were right.

Quote * When Till is just saying 'Du hast,' it sounds as if he could either be saying 'Du hast' (you have) or 'Du hasst' (you hate). This is probably to give the song a double meaning, even though the official lyrics say 'Du hast.'

tigerblade : I know that's the literal translation but there is an English version of the song on the CD.
Not my fault they hired an idiot translator and the sheeple went along with it without doing their own research

tigerblade : Let's have Booth and Baketech be our representatives.  You can have first pick.
I'm not sure if Pete will pimp them out, though... at least not at the usual VIP discount rates

Looks like I'll have to step in and 'fix' the situation
The song is all about the new R1 and how much ass it kicks (I don't care that the song is a few years old. That's how awesome the '04 R1 is).
Besides, Bush made him write the song and purposely put in lyrics with double meanings.

Have a nice day and you're welcome.

You forgot to add something about Ahnold and/or Kelly Fornia. Then we would almost have all the hot topics covered.
