So guys I have a problem with my bike and I welcome any and all help that anyone can offer as to trying to resolve it. I just dont have the money at all to take it to a shop to have them guess there way through the problem.

Here it goes.

The bike will turn on via starter fluid.

The fuel pump works. The FPR works. The fuel delivery system works up to the injectors. I am getting no pulse on the injectors. They are getting power. The bike has spark. I have tested the pink wire from the ignition that is reading steady 9v. The ground circuit is grounded on the frame. A buddy did tell me that he is suspecting the ECM. They are steeeeeepp in cost.

If any of you have any ideas as to what is going on here I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Heya Jon,

I wanted to let you know that your advice checked out remarkably.

I went ahead and traced the PC3 wires and checked all connections. Then I checked all continuity on the lines and went ahead and double checked the ground.

It fired right up man no problems. 4 years with no start and she fired up in about 3 seconds. Sounds amazing.

Hell, my whole damn hat rack goes off to you sir. Much obliged on the insight.

Sorry to hear about the wiring.
Maybe you should start to look for new or used wiring harness, and ditch all that mess you now have. I know one thing, if you take it to a dealer, it'll cost a small truckload of money. Unless you know someone.
Keep looking for the connection of the PC3. I bet thats the problem. I'd be surprised if someone went to the trouble of hardwiring and splicing. But not impossible.

You really need a Service Manual. Preferably a Honda manual. If you can't find one to download online, email me and I'll get you a link for a free one. My screenname and add @hotmail.com. Copyright rules on this forum prevent me from giving it to you here.

With all the stuff you've already done, it sounds like you're capable enough, you just need someone more familiar with the F4i than I am. And a Manual.

With the custom undertail. The PC3. The removed front turns, added and then removed flush mounts. The added and removed LED front turn strips. The added and removed mirrors with built in turns. the 929 Fan and original 600 fan wiring.. and whatever else they did...there are so many damn wires hanging, wires taped up. connections zip tied and held up and stuffed everywhere they could possibly go. Of course they didnt use the same colored wires when they wired everything. Oh man this **** is crazy.

Even still with all of that stuff. Its not getting any FI codes, and as stated above, it ran fine before. Im completely out of ideas on what to do. Short of removing all of the wiring on the bike and re-doing it, (One thing I can guarentee that I dont want to jump into with all the crazy wiring in this bike). Not sure how to proceed.

Think I got ripped off.

Its such a joke whats going on I cant help but feel like i was intentionally mislead by the PO.

Anyway, I dont see any plug directly attached to the PC3. Tracing the wires It looks like its wired into the right bottom crank cover. Whatever they did it pretty much looks hard wired into the harness. I have honestly no idea how to tackle it. I feel like if I Just start disconnecting wires and what not that Ill make the problem worse? Short of that I dont know what to do. It just looks very odd. OF course it couldnt just be the damn thing run to a connector. Plus I dont see any connectors (the originals) unplugged anywhere, leading me to believe it was hardwired, from what I can see anyway. If I want to be able to access where they lead I have to take off my subframe. That meaning I need to disconnect all that stuff basically holding it to the frame.

ALL of which doesnt even make sense, this bike didnt run for 4 years, it literlly sat parked and not even turned on. It ran perfectly fine when it was parked. I dont understand how all this **** can be wrong all of a sudden when it didnt even run.

I already checked power and resistance at everything I could think of.

I posted those pictures in case you wanted to test the injectors circuitry.
It's a little early to do that just yet.

I'd suspect the PCIII before the ECM. Mike from KyleUSA told me once that the failure rate is fairly high on the PCIIIUSB's.
On my bike, (RC51) the PCIII's connectors are under the rear portion of the fuel tank. (You might have to follow the harness from the PCIII to find them.) Lift the tank, find the connectors, unplug the PCIII connectors and re connect the bikes connectors to each other. Just leave the PCIII connectors hang loose for the moment or tuck them out of the way.

Have the side stand down, turn on the key (kill switch set to 'run') - What does the FI light do? Note that, then try to start the bike. Hopefully it will run.
Let us know what happens, if need be I can help you with the service connector and FI codes.

NO codes coming up.

I have not jumped the service conncter, can you explain how please? I am pretty new at this.

There is a PC3 on the bike, no alarm.

Can explain how to bypass?

And the pictures you posted, do you want me to do these tests?

No codes coming up telling me the injectors are faulty, but I mean obviously they dont pulse so to me that sounds like they are faulty, so I Dont knwo why they wouldnt throw a code. I guess unless the ecm is the faulty one.
