hey guys i know i ask alot of questions and i greatly appreciate the comments they have helped out allot, so here is another one. i am 6'5"and i feel i need stiffer suspension because i way 212lbs.however when riding curves and there bumpy at times i feel they need to be softer.is there a good combo for that, such as stiff in the front and soft in the rear or stiff rear and soft front or neither.what's your thoughts.

You can't "stiffen" the suspension, only adjust the damping rates, and preload.

This page has some really good info:

Motorcycle Suspension Setup

To set the suspension up properly for your weight, you'll need to do is fit higher rate (stiffer) springs. The stock ones are set for a rider of about 160 lbs (think Japanese guy).

You need to start at the begining to find out if you need different springs.
Start with trying to set your rider's sag for front and back.

This page will give you some good info. It's written by LDH, or Mike, who works for Dan Kyle. Suspension Setup

You probably do need stiffer springs. Easy enough to upgrade the front, you can choose from Ohlins, RaceTech, and I know there's one or two more.
But the stock rear shock is not serviceable, at least you can't find anyone who'll mess with them. So you pretty much have to replace the shock with an Ohlins or RaceTech. Oh yeah, Penske is another.

The suspension has to be equal all around in stiffness and sag. The pro's adjust very, very, little here and there when it comes to stiffness in rear or front but thats just do to handling the great power to the rear wheel on corners.
This video will deff help you out A LOT!
