Front brake caliper swap options

Googled heavily, but surprisingly cannot locate this info...simple chart or thread...

What front calipers will bolt onto a stock '93 900RR front end (I'm certain the GenI '92-'99's are identical)? For instance, will 2007 CBR 600RR fronts bolt on? I was able to match up the 954's so I'm pretty sure the '03 and earlier (back to '92) fireblades all bolt on...I'm hoping the 'answer' takes into account if fork legs and rotors will clear (I don't mind grinding the caliper bodies if necessary).

Thanks for the help folks! Oh, and hello.

Are you simply wanting to replace yours or are you wanting "better" calipers?
The late 600RR calipers are radially mounted so you would need to fabricate mounting brackets.

cbr 900 92-99, cbr929, cbr954, cbr600, and 600rr up to 2004, before they went radial. All these calipers bolt straight on.

Only F4/F4i calipers though.
It should also include the RC51 then I think and perhaps the VTR1000?

Yes, the forks go straight in.
You will need to make spacers to fit the calipers to the 929/954 discs or run 1000RR discs.

You'll probably want a 1000RR guard as well.

my reasearch on the forks leads me to beleive im going to have to do a complete 08 front end swap... which would be great.... AND EXPENSIVE.
the forks are completely differant correct?

calipers on the other hand, assuming the bolt on, should be an easy swap

i guess the best question is did the 04-07 cbr1o00 ever come with black forks?
